End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") governs your use of MiCollect sustainability platform ("MiCollect"), provided by MiCollect ApS ("MiCollect", "we", "us" or "our"). By accessing or using MiCollect, you agree to be bound by this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not access or use MiCollect.

1. License - Subject to your compliance with this EULA, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use MiCollect solely for your personal or business purposes in accordance with legislation at any point of time.

2. Ownership and Intellectual Property Rights - MiCollect and its Content are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. MiCollect and its Content are owned by MiCollect or its licensors. All rights, title, and interest in and to MiCollect and its Content are reserved. - 2.1 MiCollect ApS has the right to continuously upgrade MiCollect with new functions and designs, as well as to make changes and adaptations in order to make improvements of MiCollect in favor of all Users and potential Users. - 2.2 The User may not copy MiCollect, and the User may not use MiCollect for purposes other than those described by MiCollect.

3. User Data - By using MiCollect, you agree to allow MiCollect to collect and process data within limits of GDPR and only as described in our Privacy Policy. Data is among others related to your use of MiCollect, including but not limited to, information about your device, your IP address, your usage patterns, and your interactions with MiCollect. 4. User Conduct - You are solely responsible for your conduct while using MiCollect. You agree not to use MiCollect for any unlawful purpose, to engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone else's use or enjoyment of MiCollect, or to post any Content that is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise offensive. You also agree not to use MiCollect to impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity. - 4.1 User is obliged provide complete and correct information when entering into the Agreement and when creating a user profile on MiCollect. - 4.2 A user of MiCollect must be individuals or companies, and neither machines nor automatic services can use MiCollect.

5. Termination - We may terminate your license to use MiCollect at any time, for any reason or no reason, without notice to you. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of MiCollect.

6. Limitation of Liability - MiCollect ApS endeavor to make MiCollect available to the User without errors or  defects and with appropriate security and stability. MiCollect is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that MiCollect will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We are not responsible for any damages arising from the use of MiCollect. In no event shall MiCollect be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or damage to reputation, arising out of or in connection with your use of MiCollect.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction - This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this EULA shall be resolved in the courts of Denmark.

8. Amendments - We may modify this EULA from time to time. Any changes to this EULA will be posted on www.micollect.io, and your continued use of MiCollect following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

9. Entire Agreement - This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and MiCollect regarding the use of MiCollect.
